The employs 124 IPO companies listed Saudi Arabia from 2003 to 2019 using Difference-in-Differences (DiD) estimation. It was discovered that enforcing use IFRS provides no role long-run. On secondary market, where there low information asymmetry, did not enhance aftermarket corporations. success creating high-quality financial reporting is dependent level asymmetry and disappears when analysts investors have access an abundance about traded enterprises, especially emerging markets like Arabia.
